Over the last few years the Seniors’ ministry at St Giles has gone from strength to strength - about 50 seniors regularly join in the monthly activities with joy and enthusiasm. Our aim is to welcome and bring friendship, fellowship, company and support to all seniors in the parish whether they are regular church goers or not.
On the 2nd Tuesday of each month we get together for coffee and cake at a local garden centre. We also arrange a different monthly activity - we enjoy picnics, walks, afternoon teas, games afternoons, a book group, Afternoons at the Movies in church, as well as visits to places of interest. Every December we enjoy a festive celebration a Christmas dinner with all the trimmings and a Christmas quiz and a sing song of carols.

Whether you are new to the area, new to St. Giles or have been a member of the church family for a long time, you are most welcome to join us at any time.
