Remembrance Sunday - 13th November 20229.00am at St Giles Church
A service for Remembrance Sunday with hymns, readings, a 2 minute silence and the Last Post. Everyone is invited to join us for this service and then coffee afterwards in church. 10.50am at Musters Road War Memorial This is a short wreath laying ceremony at the Musters Road War Memorial. Rev. Peter Watkins will lead in prayer and representatives of the Armed Forces, veterans and civic life will lay wreaths and observe a 2 minute silence. 'They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old: Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun and in the morning We will remember them.' |
